If you act quickly, your chances of getting your item back are surprisingly high.
한국은 분실물 회수 시스템이 매우 체계적입니다. 빠르게 움직이면 되찾을 확률이 꽤 높아요.
0) The 5-Minute Emergency Flow
5분 안에 해야 할 일
Check the last place you were. Most items are found within 30–60 minutes.
마지막에 있었던 장소부터 확인하세요. 분실 직후 30~60분 내 회수되는 경우가 가장 많습니다.
Subway, bus, taxi, train, and airport all have Lost & Found desks. Call first.
지하철·버스·택시·기차·공항은 각각 유실물 센터가 따로 있어요. 먼저 전화하는 게 핵심!
Search / report at LOST112. Items move there after a few days.
국가 통합 분실물 사이트 LOST112에서 조회/신고하세요. 며칠 지나면 대부분 이곳으로 모입니다.
Lost passport, wallet, phone, or suspected theft? Call 112 immediately.
여권·지갑·휴대폰처럼 중요한 물건이거나 도난이 의심되면 즉시 112에 연락하세요.
1) LOST112 — Korea’s National Lost-and-Found Portal
LOST112 사용법
Items are first kept where they were found for several days, then transferred to LOST112.
- Go to lost112.go.kr (English available).
- Search “Found Items” by category/date/area.
- Call the holding office if you see a match.
- Or file a “Lost Item Report”.
습득처에서 며칠 보관 후, 유실물은 LOST112에 이관됩니다.
- lost112.go.kr 접속.
- “습득물”에서 분류/날짜/지역으로 검색.
- 비슷한 물건이면 보관기관에 바로 전화.
- 또는 “분실물 신고” 제출.
2) Where Did You Lose It?
어디에서 잃어버렸나요?
🚇 Subway / Metro
Call 1577-1234 for most Seoul Metro Lost & Found desks.
서울 지하철은 1577-1234로 문의하면 가장 빨라요.
🚌 Bus
Call 120 (multilingual) and give your bus number/time.
다산콜센터 120에서 버스번호/탑승시간 말하면 차고지로 연결해 줍니다.
🚕 Taxi
Use KakaoT/Uber/Tada → Trip History → Lost Item.
카카오T/우버/타다 → 이용내역 → 분실물 신고.
🚄 KTX / Train
Contact station staff or call customer service with train # and seat.
역무원에게 문의하거나, 열차번호/좌석으로 고객센터에 연락하세요.
✈️ Airport
Terminals have dedicated Lost & Found centers.
공항은 터미널마다 유실물센터가 따로 있어요.
☕ Café / Restaurant / Store
Call the place first. Many items go to nearby police after 1–2 days.
매장에 먼저 연락하세요. 대부분 1~2일 후 경찰로 전달됩니다.

‘나의 기기 찾기’ 실행 후 바로 유실물센터로 전화.

Freeze the cards → file report.

Call 112 if theft suspected + contact embassy.
도난 의심 시 112 → 대사관 연락.
